With extensive experience working with children, I use clinical skills to assess their needs and choose the best approach, be it talk therapy or expressive arts like sand or movement. The aim is to enhance their understanding of the brain and nervous system, leading to new insights and coping strategies. Available in person or online.

Play therapy is a developmental approach where children use toys to express concerns and work through problems. It fosters communication, emotional expression, and problem-solving, aiming to enhance functioning and self-esteem. Available in person.
Parent Counselling and Consultation
As a parent, I understand the unique challenges children bring. I offer support rooted in neuroscience, child development, and attachment research. Whether you need a one-time consultation or ongoing therapy, we'll find a path to meet your family's needs. Available in person or online.
EMDR
EMDR can work with phobias, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, and other mental health concerns. I am trained in using EMDR with children, adults, and families. I also have additional training in EMDR as a Parent Child Attachment Specialist. Available in person or online.
